Performance Characteristics
The screw is made of high-quality alloy steel material 38CrMoAlA, which has undergone nitriding treatment and special processing.
The high-precision die ensures the uniform thickness of the
film.
The stretching heating plate and the surface of the traction roller are chrome-plated to increase surface hardness, prevent rusting, and extend the service life.
The die can be equipped with a metering pump automatic tracking control system (optional) to ensure more uniform thickness of the
film.
PLC touch screen control can also be used with an advanced intelligent control system, and various functions are centrally controlled through modular control. It has data storage and fault
alarm functions, and is easy to operate. (Optional)
